JPJ, the Joint Road Transport Department in Malaysia, revealed that the RXZ Members' program had incomplete participant registrations, despite the organizers claiming to have received guidance before the event. The issue stems from the fact that the program primarily focused on distributing program materials and raffle prizes, leaving crucial participant information, such as driving licenses and motorcycle license numbers, incomplete.

JPJ's Chief Officer, Aedy Fadly Ramli, acknowledged that the organizers were providing a registration process, but it was more about obtaining items like souvenirs and raffle prizes, rather than collecting comprehensive participant details. "There is registration, but it's incomplete. The registration is like a method to obtain goodies, T-shirts, and the chance to win raffle prizes; there's no registration for other purposes to confirm the organizer's compliance," he stated after the media liaison program at Marina Putrajaya.

JPJ has already held a liaison session with the RXZ Members organizers and suggested that participant information, including driving licenses and motorcycle license numbers, should also be collected. Ramli emphasized that this step is vital for streamlining the registration process and allowing organizers to take responsibility for their participants. The JPJ officer stated that the organizers have acknowledged the suggestion and plan to implement it for future programs.

Despite JPJ's guidance, some participants have reportedly failed to comply with the rules, tarnishing the program's reputation. Ramli noted that the organizers had already met with JPJ and police before the program commenced. However, he added that serious issues, particularly accidents resulting in fatalities, would not receive JPJ's support.
