The Chairman of the Road Transport Department, Kifli Ma Hassan, stated that RXZ Members organizers must implement risk management more systematically before, during, and after events. The organizer is required to provide an online registration platform for participants, with conditions to ensure safety and legal compliance are prioritized, said Kifli.

Participants must possess a valid driver's license, road tax, and valid motorbike insurance, in addition to submitting four vehicle images - front and rear registration plates, and side views of the motorcycle. According to Kifli, organizers must also implement systematic risk management before, during, and after events. This includes driver and vehicle qualification, traffic control, strategic enforcement with a focus on high-risk risks to safety and lives on the road.

Participants are also asked to collaborate with highway concession companies and the Malaysia Road Transport Institute (LLM) in implementing Travel Time Advisory (TTA) to help smooth traffic flow and increase road user safety, according to Harian Metro. Kifli said this after chairing a joint JPJ-RXZ Members management session in JPJ Senior Officials' Office, Putrajaya, yesterday.

LLM Pahang, Melaka, and Terengganu chairmen, Terengganu police representatives, Terengganu Municipal Council, the National Road Safety Research Institute, the Environment and Wildlife Department, and the Social Security Organization (Perkeso) were also present. Kifli urged a step-by-step approach through initial management, education, and awareness, followed by strict enforcement when necessary.

Close cooperation between organizers, JPJ, police, and relevant technical agencies is crucial to ensure events are held regularly, safely, and responsibly, he added, stressing that JPJ always supports regular and responsible motorcycle community activities. At the same time, public safety, legal compliance, and protection of road user lives will continue to be a priority.

JPJ will also hold a joint management session with related agencies and organizers in the near future.
