JPJ officials have stated that the organizers of RXZ Members have received guidance before the program took place, yet some participants still failed to follow the rules. The registration process for the event was centered around distributing program materials and raffle prizes, which resulted in incomplete participant information.

Aedy Fadly Ramli, the Chairman of the Road Transport Department (JPJ), said that the organizers were indeed providing the registration process, but it primarily focused on acquiring items such as souvenirs and T-shirts, as well as lucky draws. "Registration is there, but it's incomplete," he said after a media liaison event for JPJ in Marina, Putrajaya.

JPJ has conducted a liaison session with the RXZ Members organizers and suggested that participant information, including driving licenses and motorcycle license numbers, should also be collected. The JPJ Chairman believes that this step is crucial for improving the registration process and allowing organizers to take responsibility for their participants.

He added that the organizers have accepted this suggestion and will attempt to implement it in future events. The organizers have also been advised by JPJ before the program, but a few participants still failed to comply with the rules, tarnishing the program's image. JPJ will not support the organizers if serious issues, especially accidents resulting in fatalities, occur.
