Oyo conducts confirmation exam for 4,500 civil servants

The Oyo State government recently concluded the mandatory confirmation examination for civil servants at various grade levels. The examination, conducted by the Ministry of Establishments and Training, involved over 4,500 candidates across different cadres. Prince Dotun Oyelade, Commissioner for Information, announced the results in a statement released on Thursday.

The examination took place at seven zonal centers simultaneously across the state, with participants from various positions including Clerical Officers, Clerical Assistants, Store Attendants, and other related roles. The Permanent Secretary, Alhaji Hameed Alade Bello, encouraged candidates to remain patient and perform their best, emphasizing that passing the exam would pave the way for career advancement.

The examination covered subjects like Public Service Rules and Current Affairs. Results are expected to be released and communicated to participants soon.
