‘Tinubu more interested in Nigeria’s future than his political goodwill’ – Shehu Sani

He argued that President Tinubu is more interested in the future of Nigeria than his political aspirations, as most politicians prioritize maintaining their popularity and power.

The former senator pointed out that Tinubu's painful reforms have caused controversy but are necessary for the nation's progress. Sani likened Tinubu's approach to that of advanced nations like Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore, Brazil, Thailand, and South Korea, where difficult decisions have historically led to significant long-term benefits.
