The couple's relationship, which lasted for 10 years, commenced when they met at a Gucci store in Madrid, where Rodríguez was working while Ronaldo was playing for Real Madrid. Ronaldo proposed to Rodríguez on August 11th of the previous year, with the model sharing a picture of their engagement ring, expressing her happiness.
