The Immigration and Protection Agency (AKPS) announced they have received an allegation of fraud involving the misuse of the agency's head's signature and staff's identities, allegedly associated with the receipt of illicit government funds. The agency stated that a police report had been filed regarding the unauthorized use of the head's name and staff identities, and this matter has been forwarded to the relevant authorities for investigation and further action.

AKPS emphasized that all their funding-related activities are conducted in accordance with the rules, procedures, and regulations governing government funding. The agency warned companies receiving any offers or SSTs from them to verify them first before committing any financial obligations. They also advised the public to be cautious and avoid falling prey to such scams, emphasizing that they take any form of concealment, falsified documents, and misuse of agency officials' names, identities, and positions seriously.
