Citing his experience as a swimming instructor at a youth training facility, the man in his 40s said, “I learned how to swim at YDITI, so I’m okay.” He jumped into the water with a loud splash near the area where a safety guard was on duty. The safety guard, a senior citizen, looked anxious as he watched. The man swam out to a depth of about 10 meters and dove under the water. After a while, he surfaced and got back on the boat. The safety guard approached him and said, “You shouldn’t have done that. It’s not a place for you to swim freely.”
