CANTON, Ohio – The thought of Aaron Donald, a three-time NFL Defensive Player of the Year, possibly returning to play for the Los Angeles Rams has fans and former players buzzing. Donald, 35, retired after the 2023 season and is contemplating a comeback that could reunite him with fellow defensive star Myles Garrett. Bruce Smith, the NFL's all-time career sack leader, believes that having Donald and Garrett back on the defensive line would make it difficult for opponents to match up against them.

Greene, another Hall of Famer, noted that Donald's natural movement and skill set made him one of the best at the position, but acknowledged the challenge of returning to form after nearly three years off. Warren Sapp, a former NFL Defensive Player of the Year, expressed skepticism about Donald's chances, stating that it would be "good luck" for him.
