Former Rams CB Cobie Durant Excited to Face LA After Joining Cowboys

Former cornerback Cobie Durant, who recently joined the Dallas Cowboys, will face his former team, the Los Angeles Rams, for the first time on Tuesday. Durant, drafted by the Rams in 2022, played 61 games across four seasons with the team. In a joint practice with the Rams, Durant expressed his excitement about facing his former squad and one of the NFL's top offenses led by Pro Bowl quarterback Matthew Stafford.

He noted that practicing against the Rams' offense, which includes star wide receivers Puka Nacua and Davante Adams, will help him prepare for the regular season when he won't face the same caliber of players. Durant also highlighted the Cowboys' defense, which includes star wide receivers CeeDee Lamb and George Pickens, as a factor in his confidence going into the preseason opener against the Seattle Seahawks on Saturday.
