Collector Somesh Mishra Warns Action Over Delayed Public Complaints In MP’s Narmadapuram

Narmadapuram, a district in Madhya Pradesh, is facing a call for action from its Collector, Somesh Mishra, regarding delayed public complaints. Mishra directed officials to resolve the issues identified during the Chief Minister's Jan Vishwas Abhiyan. During a meeting to assess the progress of complaints addressed through these camps, Mishra expressed frustration at the officers for failing to address long-standing problems.

He warned that those who do not resolve the issues within the stipulated time will face consequences. Mishra also instructed officers to issue show-cause notices to the officials responsible for the delays. Furthermore, he reviewed the preparations for the Independence Day function, setting a deadline of August 13 for completing all arrangements.

The rehearsal for the event is scheduled for August 13. Mishra also emphasized the need for organizing activities under the Har Ghar Tiranga initiative. Additionally, he reviewed the arrangements for the Nagdwari fair, directing officials to ensure adequate facilities for devotees and to deploy forces for maintaining law and order.

Mishra also directed the sub-divisional magistrates and Tehsildars to inspect moong procurement centers in their respective areas, ensuring that only standard moong is procured. Due to the ongoing monsoon, all departments are tasked with inspecting road maintenance. The meeting was attended by Additional Collector Rajesh Shukla and other officials.
