6 killed in Russian strike on Ukraine’s Zaporizhzhia

On August 11, Russian forces launched strikes on Zaporizhzhia and Kyiv, resulting in six fatalities and injuries to 19 others. Ivan Fedorov, regional administration head in Zaporizhzhia, detailed the damage caused by the attack: four apartment buildings and various nonresidential structures were destroyed. Another strike ignited a fire at a warehouse, causing one injury. Russia's Defense Ministry claimed the strikes were aimed at military installations and transportation hubs.
