Trump demands Iran compensate families of US citizens injured in IRGC-orchestrated attacks

In a recent statement on Truth Social, US President Donald Trump asserted that Iran must compensate the families of all US citizens who have been injured or killed in attacks orchestrated by the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC). Trump expressed his intention to demand compensation for every individual killed or gravely wounded by Iranian roadside bombs and conflicts, starting with the families of those killed on the USS Cole and the thousands of others lost in combat.

General Soleimani, the Iranian arch-terrorist and Quds Force chief, was killed in a US airstrike in Baghdad in January 2020, during the final year of Trump's presidency. Trump also called for compensation to be paid to the families of the hundreds of thousands of innocent protestors Iran has killed over the past 50 years, including the 52,000 slain in the last five months.

The president emphasized that he has directed his representatives to ensure compensation is included in any future negotiations between the US and Iran. Trump further stated that the five-month military conflict began due to Iran's refusal to develop a nuclear weapon.
