Seven killed, 30 wounded in Houthi attack on Yemen’s Mocha port

In a devastating Houthi attack on Yemen's Mocha port, seven people were killed and 30 others were wounded on Sunday, according to Yemeni armed forces reports. Colonel Majed Al-Nazili, the official spokesperson for the armed forces, disclosed that the assault targeted not only military sites but also civilian infrastructure, employee housing, and power stations.

The spokesperson emphasized that the attack violated international humanitarian laws, targeting civilians and vital facilities, which he described as a hostile approach. Despite the severity of the attack, air defense units managed to intercept and destroy 11 Houthi drones. The armed forces, according to Al-Nazili, will continue their operations on all fronts until their objectives are achieved, maintaining the safety and security of civilians while silencing and neutralizing threat sources.
