Rauf diberi kuasa penuh runding kerjasama PRN Melaka, kata Zahid

Malaysia's Prime Minister of the State of Melaka, Ab Rauf Yusoh, has been granted full authority to organize a joint cooperation discussion with any coalition parties ahead of the upcoming PRN Melaka. Zahid Hamidi, the President of Umno and chairman of the BN's highest leadership, expressed his hope that the discussion would be conducted smoothly, emphasizing that matters concerning the distribution of seats can be resolved through thorough discussion.

The decision made in this meeting will be communicated to Umno's top leadership before being presented to the BN's highest council for final endorsement. Meanwhile, Fahmi Fadzil, the Communication Chief of Pakatan Harapan, welcomed the BN's openness regarding seat distribution in preparation for the PRN Melaka, considering it a worthwhile opportunity to explore.

National Action Parliament (PN) Chairman Ahmad Samsuri Mokhtar also stated that PN is open and willing to engage in discussions with BN regarding the PRN Melaka. On Saturday, Zahid mentioned that the collaboration remains open for seat distribution and seat swapping in preparation for the PRN Melaka, provided it is done honestly and sincerely without lowering the number of seats for each party.
