Kenapa nak kekal dalam gabungan ‘rosak’, Tuan Ibrahim soal Bersatu

PAS Deputy President Tuan Ibrahim Tuan Man has questioned Bersatu's decision to remain part of Perikatan Nasional (PN) after President Muhyiddin Yassin described the coalition as "damaged." Tuan Ibrahim pointed out that Muhyiddin's announcement of forming a new coalition indicates Bersatu's unwillingness to stay in PN. Furthermore, Muhyiddin labeled PN as already damaged and damaged by PAS.

Hence, if PN is already damaged, why would he want to join a damaged coalition? When asked about the accusations and claiming PN is already damaged, Tuan Ibrahim couldn't see the possibility of joining a coalition perceived as damaged, he said to Sinar Harian. Muhyiddin, while launching Bersatu's electoral strategy in PRN Negeri Sembilan, claimed the coalition was toxic after being sidetracked from its original principles.

Bersatu contested PRN Negeri Sembilan under its own banner, despite remaining a component of PN, with 11 seats and its ally, Barisan Nasional (BN), securing 25 seats. BN-PN's collaboration won all 25 seats, with Pakatan Harapan (PH) winning the rest. Today, PN Secretary Ahmad Samsuri Mokhtar stated Bersatu remains a component of the coalition, even though PAS President Hadi Awang claims Bersatu automatically exited PN.

Meanwhile, Bersatu Spokesman Tun Faisal Ismail Aziz said the party plans to file a report to the Malaysian Societies Registration Department (JPPM) regarding its status as a PN component.
