Umum tubuh gabungan baharu, Hadi dakwa Bersatu automatik terkeluar PN

PAS President Hadi Awang claims that joining or forming a separate political bloc automatically disqualifies a party from participating in the Perikatan Nasional (PN). In a recent lecture at Masjid Rusila, Marang, Hadi stated that any party that announces the formation of a new bloc ceases to be eligible for participation in PN, based on the PN Constitution.

"He has announced the formation of another bloc. On his own, he automatically leaves," Hadi commented. Prior to this, Bersatu President Muhyiddin Yassin announced plans to form a new bloc with other parties following the Negeri Sembilan PRN. Mutually implying Bersatu's departure from PN, Muhyiddin mentioned several potential members of the new bloc, including IPR member parties led by Ibrahim Ali and Urimai, and P Ramasamy's party.

The Pagoh MP stated that the new bloc would face the upcoming PRU. Currently, Bersatu remains a component of PN alongside PAS, Gerakan, and MIPP. However, Bersatu and PAS are no longer allies, with Muhyiddin describing the bloc as toxic since it is led by PAS. Separately, Hadi expressed satisfaction with the allocation of PN seats in Negeri Sembilan. "Yes, we are content. We have been given two exco seats and one speaker replacement seat," he said.
