Kenapa nak kekal dalam gabungan ‘rosak’, Tuan Ibrahim soal Bersatu

PAS Deputy President Tuan Ibrahim Tuan Man questioned the decision of Bersatu leader Muhyiddin Yassin to remain within Perikatan Nasional (PN) after the latter labeled the coalition as "damaged". Tuan Ibrahim pointed out that Muhyiddin's announcement of forming a new coalition indicated Bersatu's unwillingness to stay within PN.

Additionally, Muhyiddin referred to the PN as already damaged due to PAS, suggesting that joining the damaged coalition would be pointless. When asked about his own stance, Tuan Ibrahim expressed his unwillingness to be part of a coalition he perceives as damaged. Muhyiddin, during his BN PRN Negeri Sembilan campaign, claimed that the coalition's formation was toxic after being deviated from its original principles.

Bersatu contested the PRN Negeri Sembilan election under its own banner, despite remaining a component of PN, with the coalition contesting in 11 seats and its allies, Barisan Nasional (BN), in 25 seats. BN-PN's partnership won all 25 seats, with Pakatan Harapan (PH) securing the remaining 25 seats. Later that day, PN Chairman Ahmad Samsuri Mokhtar stated that Bersatu was still a component of the coalition, even though PAS President Hadi Awang claimed Bersatu automatically ceased to be a member of PN.

Meanwhile, Bersatu Spokesman Tun Faisal Ismail Aziz said the party planned to file a report with the Malaysian Societies Registration Department (JPPM) regarding its status as a PN component.
