Elliot Millar-Mills Siblings: Meet Harriet and Bridget Millar-Mills

Elliot Millar-Mills, a professional rugby union player born in Stockport, England on 8 July 1992, stands 1.78 metres tall and weighs approximately 121 kilograms. As a tighthead prop, he qualifies for Scotland through his Scottish mother Elspeth, while his English father is his other parent. Elliott attended University College London and began his rugby career at various clubs like Manchester Rugby Club, Stockport, and Macclesfield.

Since his debut in 2024, he has earned multiple caps for Scotland and has been a consistent player in the English Premiership, most recently with Northampton Saints before signing with Newcastle Red Bulls. Elliot is the youngest of three rugby-playing siblings. His older sisters, Harriet and Bridget Millar-Mills, also played rugby professionally.

Harriet, born in 1991, represented England as a back-row forward, earning 66 caps from 2011 until her last appearance around 2021, after which she retired from the sport. She participated in the 2017 Women’s Rugby World Cup, won several Women’s Six Nations titles, and played for clubs like Lichfield, Firwood Waterloo, Wasps, Exeter Chiefs, and Harlequins.

Bridget, who shares the same nationality as her brother, opted to represent Scotland. She made her debut for the Scotland women’s team in 2013 and has been capped by them since. In 2013, the Millar-Mills sisters made history as they faced each other in an England versus Scotland match during the 2013 Women’s Six Nations tournament, becoming the first sisters to oppose one another in a full international rugby fixture.
