A powerful earthquake struck Colombia's coastal region early Saturday, killing at least 20 people and injuring hundreds more, authorities said. The 6.6-magnitude quake hit near the town of Turbaco, about 30 miles south of Cartagena, a major tourist destination, at 5:32 a.m. local time, according to the U.S. Geological Survey.
