I was joking when I asked God for triplets, says woman at RCCG convention

A woman attending the Redeemed Christian Church of God convention in Ogun State revealed how a joke she made during Pastor Enoch Adeboye’s 83rd birthday celebration became a powerful testimony after she gave birth to triplets. The woman, from Region 12, shared her story during the Friday Holy Ghost Service at the convention. She explained that she jokingly asked God for triplets, hoping to honor Adeboye’s age of 83.

She said, "So I jokingly said, 'Daddy GO is celebrating 83 years, so I want the three on it.' I asked God for triplets." Initially, a scan showed two babies, but subsequent scans revealed three, leaving her in disbelief. After the delivery, one of the babies experienced a frightening condition where it began bleeding from the mouth and nose.

The woman prayed and vowed that if the triplets survived, she would return to the church with them for a testimony. She introduced the children, Destiny, Desmond, and Diamond, to the congregation, crediting their survival to the initial prayer.
