Bersatu cadang lapor pertikaian keahlian PN kepada JPPM

PAS claims Bersatu is no longer a component party of PN, stating that under the PN charter, any party opting to join or form another coalition will automatically forfeit its membership privileges. Bersatu plans to submit a report to the Malaysia Registration of Associations (JPPM) office regarding its claim of being disassociated from PN.

PAS leader Tun Faisal Ismail Aziz also alleges PAS has repeatedly breached PN charter and MT PN decisions, including denying Bersatu component party rights. These actions must be reported to JPPM to halt the actions immediately, he told Utusan Malaysia. Tun Faisal further described PAS President Hadi Awang as actually wielding power within PN, while PN Chairman Ahmad Samsuri Mokhtar, who is also PAS deputy president, is likened to a puppet leader.

"PN Chairman now resembles a puppet. The real center of power is Rusila and PAS President can unilaterally challenge and violate MT PN decisions and do as he pleases," he added. PAS cited Bersatu leader Muhyiddin Yassin's previous statement that the party would form a new coalition with several others after the PRN in Negeri Sembilan. Bersatu Deputy General Secretary Azmin Ali denied PAS allegations, stating there are no provisions in PN charter for automatic withdrawal of membership privileges for any party.
