1 kios MyDigital ID rosak di UTC Selangor diperbaiki, boleh digunakan

Two MyDigital ID kioses at UTC Selangor's Anggerik Mall in Shah Alam were damaged yesterday, according to FMT. The MyDigital ID Communication Head Malek Redzuan confirmed the kiosk at the Road Transport Department (JPJ) is now operational and functioning normally. He also informed that another kiosk at the National Registration Department (JPN) is undergoing replacement.

Lina, a user who reported the issue, said the malfunctioning kioses could undermine the user experience and erode public trust in the government's digital initiative. Executive Director of the Federation of Malaysian Users Associations (Fomca) T Saravanan added that the malfunctioning kios can detract from the convenience of the digitalization initiative.

Meanwhile, Malek mentioned that over 600 MyDigital ID registration booths are set up nationwide to assist Malaysians with MyDigital ID registration. He advised the public to register MyDigital ID online through the relevant application using a smartphone. Apart from the kios and online registration, MyDigital ID agents are also stationed in the Madani Rakyat Program across the country to help citizens with registration and resolving user issues.
