1 kios MyDigital ID rosak di UTC Selangor diperbaiki, boleh digunakan

A MyDigital ID kiosk at UTC Selangor in Anggerik Mall, Shah Alam, which was reported to be damaged yesterday by FMT, has now been repaired by its operator. Malek Redzuan, Head of MyDigital ID Communications, confirmed the kiosk located at the Road Transport Department (JPJ) is now operational as usual. “Another kiosk at the National Registration Department (JPN) is undergoing replacement,” he stated in a statement.

Yesterday, FMT reported a complaint from a user named Lina who alleged that two MyDigital ID kiosms at UTC Selangor were damaged. The Executive Director of the Federation of Malaysian Users, T Saravanan, further warned that any malfunctioning kiosk could undermine user experience and diminish confidence in the government's digital initiative.

Meanwhile, Malek noted that over 600 registration kiosks are operational nationwide to aid Malaysian citizens in completing their MyDigital ID registration process. He advised Malaysians to register for MyDigital ID online through the relevant application using a smart phone. Apart from kiosks and online registration, MyDigital ID agents are also stationed under the Madani Rakyat program across the country to assist the public in completing registrations and addressing user issues.
