Two 18-year-old men charged with 1st-degree murder in Salsa on St. Clair shooting in Toronto

A Canadian man, aged 32, has been charged with first-degree murder following the death of a 30-year-old woman in downtown Toronto's residence in late 2025. The victim, Himanshi Khurana, was reported missing on December 19 and her body was discovered the next day at a property located near Strachan Avenue and Wellington Street West.

The death was subsequently determined to be a homicide. A nationwide warrant was issued for the alleged perpetrator, Abdul Ghafoori, who was subsequently returned to Canada. The victim and suspect were known to each other. Toronto police collaborated with both national and international law enforcement agencies to ensure Ghafoori's return.

The exact location of the accused's whereabouts remains undisclosed. Ghafoori is set to face a bail court in Toronto on Saturday. However, it must be noted that the accusations have not been proven in a court of law. The victim's photo is shown in an undated image.
