CJP forms National Working Committee, appoints Abhijeet Dipke as national convener | Full list

On Thursday, the Cockroach Janta Party (CJP) unveiled its inaugural National Working Committee, designating founder Abhijeet Dipke as the national convener. The announcement came at a press conference following the completion of a two-day core team meeting at Dipke's residence in Maharashtra's Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar. The committee includes Chief spokesperson Saurav Das and spokesperson Ashutosh Ranka as co-conveners.

The CJP plans to expand its network across India by establishing State Coordination Committees, Lok Sabha and city-level coordination units over the next six months. The organization also announced zonal leadership responsibilities for North, South, East, and North East, and West India. Saurav Das announced a nationwide membership drive through the organization's website, encouraging students, young professionals, and workers to join and raise their voices unitedly.

The CJP reaffirmed its stance as a public pressure group, declining to enter electoral politics and cautioning against collecting funds. The party's co-convenor, Ashutosh Ranka, revealed a delegation would visit Jharkhand to engage with students protesting alleged irregularities in recruitment examinations. The CJP also announced the launch of the "Kya bolti public" campaign next month to interact with people across India and address their concerns.

The party gained prominence following a protest at Delhi's Jantar Mantar over alleged NEET exam irregularities, which led to the resignation of Union education minister Dharmendra Pradhan.
