Google Pixel 11 Pro: Everything we know ahead of Aug. 12 Made By Google event

Google is set to unveil four new Android flagship phones, with focus on the premium Pixel 11 Pro. Scheduled to launch on August 12 at a New York City event, the Pixel 11 Pro is expected to be more expensive compared to last year's Pixel 10 Pro, with leaks suggesting a starting price of $1,099. The XL variant is rumored to begin at $1,299.

Despite the rumored price increases, a recent Amazon leak claimed the Pixel 11 Pro would start at $1,099, a $100 increase over the Pixel 10 Pro. The device will feature a 6.3-inch OLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate and a Google Tensor G6 processor, along with 12GB/16GB RAM and a 256GB/512GB storage option. The XL model is said to have a larger 6.9-inch display and a 5,115mAh battery.

The back of the phone will continue to feature a horizontal, oval-shaped camera bar, while the presence of a new "Pixel Glow" system is rumored, which uses colored lights to convey notifications. The phone's colors are expected to be more subdued, with options including Olive, Obsidian, and Fog. Despite a downgrade in RAM compared to previous models, the Pixel 11 Pro retains the Pixel Pro's signature high-quality camera setup.
