Man Utd sign reported record £20mil sponsorship deal for training kit

Manchester United has secured a lucrative new training kit sponsorship deal with Betway, reportedly worth a record £20 million per year. This marks the club's first training kit sponsor since Tezos agreement ended in June last year. The deal comes as United returns to the Champions League, allowing for a more substantial financial commitment.

Betway's logo will be prominently displayed on the training kit for both the men's and women's teams, as well as around Old Trafford's facilities. This partnership, announced by chief business officer Marc Armstrong, underscores Manchester United's growth strategy and global appeal, despite new Premier League regulations that prohibit gambling companies from appearing on the front of matchday shirts.
