2027: Sowore rates Tinubu administration ‘F9’

Omoyele Sowore, the 2027 presidential hopeful from the African Action Congress, has harshly criticized President Bola Tinubu's administration. During a recent interview on Channels Television, Sowore gave the government a failing grade of "F9" across various areas, including security, power, education, healthcare, food security, and the economy.

He claimed that if Tinubu were his student, he would urge the president to leave the class. Sowore did not identify any positive aspects of the administration, stating that security was a major failure, with the national grid collapsing and education becoming unaffordable for many families. He also highlighted the deteriorating healthcare system, with the president himself avoiding Nigerian hospitals.

The food security situation is dire, with Nigeria facing widespread hunger, and the economy has seen a significant increase in poverty levels, from 70 million to 140 million over the past three years. When asked about any positives, Sowore rejected comparisons to his fellow presidential candidate, Peter Obi, and instead urged Tinubu to return to school.
