Fetus found among the ruins of a deadly Israeli strike on Gaza

At least 13 individuals, among them several children, were tragically killed in recent Israeli strikes targeting Gaza City, Khan Younis, and Deir el-Balah, according to Palestinian officials. This marks the second consecutive night of Israeli attacks on the territory. The Israel Defense Forces (IDF) claimed their objective was to eliminate military operatives, with Hamas militants also reportedly falling victim.

Israeli Energy Minister Eli Cohen stated on Sunday that no agreement had been reached to halt the attacks, emphasizing the necessity of placing the Gaza Strip under full Israeli control if Hamas fails to disarm, despite the US-backed Board of Peace plan for Israel's withdrawal. The IDF confirmed killing two Hamas commanders, one from the elite Nukbha force and another from the Maghazi Battalion, as well as a militant from the Jabalia Battalion.

Palestinian health authorities reported two fatalities in a strike on a residential building in Gaza City, one death near Jabalia, and another in Khan Younis, where a father, mother, and their nine-year-old son perished. Over 1,100 Palestinians have lost their lives since a ceasefire was declared last October. President Trump announced on Friday that the Board of Peace had reached a deal for Hamas' complete disarmament, which Israel remains skeptical about.

The 20-point US-brokered ceasefire plan, unveiled in September, involves a Board of Peace to oversee implementation, Hamas' disarmament, withdrawal of Israeli troops, and Gaza's reconstruction.
