The CNBC customer terms and conditions outline the rules governing usage of CNBC+ services. The company grants a limited, non-exclusive license to access and use CNBC+ only in accordance with the Supplemental CNBC+ Terms. CNBC+ offers live and modified live feeds of CNBC content as well as video on demand extras. The content contains closed captions, video descriptions and data required by law.

Nielsen measurement software may be used for market research and ad performance measurement. Certain content may have geographic restrictions or device compatibility issues.

CNBC+ strives to provide a variety of content but acknowledges there may be content that users find objectionable. Users are responsible for their own choices regarding the appropriateness of the content. The company uses technologies to optimize viewing experience but cannot guarantee playback quality due to various factors. Viewing start times will vary based on location, internet speed, number of devices connected, content selection and device configuration.

Use of CNBC+ is for personal purposes only and prohibited in public viewing spaces. Automatic channel changing or ad-skipping is not permitted. Downloading, sideloading, transferring or uploading content is prohibited except for caching within CNBC+. Recording, copying, storage, rebroadcasting, retransmission or redistribution of live or VOD content is also prohibited, except for recording services within CNBC+.

Users may have a limited number of simultaneous streams and cannot exceed this limit. The company reserves the right to cancel the service, suspend or terminate accounts at any time without prior notice or refunds.

Similar terms apply to consumers who subscribe through third-party platforms. Users agree to not use the content or services for competitive services or to create derivative works.
