Customer Terms & Conditions

The CNBC+ Supplemental Terms outline the conditions for using the CNBC+ services. The company grants users a limited, non-exclusive, non-sublicensable, and non-transferable license to access and use the CNBC+ services. The CNBC+ services offer live and modified live feeds of CNBC content, as well as video on demand (VOD) extras.

CNBC+ Content includes closed captioning, video description information, and other data required by law or regulation. The company uses Nielsen measurement software for market research and performance evaluation of advertisements. Certain Content may not be authorized for specific geographic areas or devices.

The CNBC+ Services are intended for personal use only and are prohibited in public viewing spaces. Users may not use devices, technologies, or services that automatically skip, delete, or skip advertising or promotions on recorded programs. Downloadable, sideloadable, transferable, or uploadable copies of Content are also prohibited, except for recording services provided within CNBC+.

The number of simultaneous streams allowed may be limited and may change at the company's discretion. Users are prohibited from scraping, repackage, reproducing, republishing, recirculating, offering for sale, selling, creating derivative works, integrating into other products, or sharing the CNBC+ Content for profit or commercial gain.

Users cannot use CNBC+ Content or services to create, offer, or promote competitive services. The CNBC+ service can be discontinued at any time, and the company reserves the right to suspend or terminate user accounts without prior notice or a refund of prepaid fees. Changes to CNBC+ Services, including cancellation of services and removal of Content, can also occur at the company's discretion.
