The National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA) has announced that its overseas registration centers will adhere to the operational hours of their respective Pakistani missions on Iqbal Day, which falls on Monday, November 9, 2026. An official notice from NADRA states that these centers outside Pakistan will function according to the schedule of the Pakistani embassy or consulate in the respective country.
Overseas Pakistanis seeking services like NICOP will need to comply with the hours set by their local Pakistani mission. These overseas counters are part of NADRA's ongoing efforts to serve Pakistanis residing abroad, including providing on-the-spot registration facilities in the UAE. NADRA's helpline number is 051-111786100, and further details can be found on their website, www.nadra.gov.pk.
