GC Food rectifies Financial Statement Information 3nd Repost

GC Food, a Vietnamese company, has amended its financial statements for the fourth quarter of 2025 and the second quarter of 2026. The company has rectified its information pertaining to the separate and consolidated financial statements for these periods.

For Q4/2025, the net revenue before rectification was 171,295,373,881 VND, which was reduced to 162,479,031,621 VND after rectification. The profit after tax decreased from 19,059,641,268 VND to -39,374,154,751 VND. The cumulative net revenue through Q4/2025 increased from 697,876,780,370 VND to 689,060,438,110 VND, while the cumulative profit after tax rose from 98,542,583,480 VND to 36,213,951,642 VND.

Regarding Q4/2025 financial statements, the revenue from sales of goods and services for the year accumulated from 494,622,222,211 VND to 486,382,411,031 VND. The revenue from sales of goods and services for Q4/2025 was adjusted from 134,619,204,632 VND to 126,379,393,452 VND. The corporate income tax profit after tax for the year from 104,806,647,625 VND to 77,593,285,138 VND, and for Q4/2025 from 74,579,207,080 VND to 47,365,844,593 VND.

For Q2/2026, the net revenue before rectification was 209,836,670,295 VND, which was slightly lowered to 209,599,545,176 VND after rectification. The profit after tax decreased from 19,975,346,012 VND to 489,224,904 VND. The cumulative net revenue through Q2/2026 increased from 395,851,337,616 VND to 395,614,212,497 VND. The cumulative profit after tax through Q2/2026 rose from 51,320,708,815 VND to 31,834,587,707 VND.

Separate financial statements for Q2/2026 also saw a rectification in corporate income tax profit after tax for the quarter, which shifted from a loss of 1,422,298,348 VND to 2,365,859,992 VND.
