GC Food rectifies Financial Statement Information 2nd Repost

GC Food, a Vietnamese food company, has revised its financial statements for Q4 2025 and Q2 2026. The company announced that it has corrected certain information in the consolidated and separate financial statements for these periods.

In Q4 2025, the company's net revenue decreased from 171,295,373,881 VND to 162,479,031,621 VND, while its profit after tax dropped from 19,059,641,268 VND to -39,374,154,751 VND. The cumulative net revenue through Q4 2025 also decreased from 697,876,780,370 VND to 689,060,438,110 VND, and the cumulative profit after tax from 98,542,583,480 VND to 36,213,951,642 VND.

For the full year 2025, the company's revenue from sales of goods and services fell from 494,622,222,211 VND to 486,382,411,031 VND, and its corporate income tax profit after tax for the year decreased from 104,806,647,625 VND to 77,593,285,138 VND. The company's Q4 2025 corporate income tax profit after tax was corrected from 74,579,207,080 VND to 47,365,844,593 VND.

Moving on to Q2 2026, the company reported a slight increase in net revenue from 209,836,670,295 VND to 209,599,545,176 VND, while its profit after tax rose to 19,975,346,012 VND from 489,224,904 VND. The cumulative net revenue through Q2 2026 increased from 395,851,337,616 VND to 395,614,212,497 VND, and the cumulative profit after tax from 51,320,708,815 VND to 31,834,587,707 VND.
