Creating Events Without WhatsApp WhatsApp already allows users to create events within individual conversations and group chats. The latest update broadens this capability by permitting invitations to be shared externally. Users can generate an event, add a cover photo, and create a shareable invitation link. Recipients can view event details and confirm attendance by opening the link in their web browser, without needing a WhatsApp account or downloading the app.

Enhanced Privacy for Events WhatsApp has bolstered privacy measures, ensuring that the organizer’s phone number remains concealed from guests unacquainted with them. Guests without WhatsApp accounts will only be able to view the event’s address upon confirming their RSVP. New Events Home for Event Management In addition, WhatsApp is rolling out the Events Home feature, serving as a centralized hub for users to organize, manage, and track their events.

This section allows users to create personalized invitations, monitor RSVPs, and oversee upcoming gatherings without sifting through individual conversations.
