GoRuck Black Friday Sale: My Favorite Packs and Weighted Vests Are Nearly 50% Off
Skip the gym and get outdoors with GoRuck’s indestructible packs and workout gear, deeply discounted ahead of the holidays.
GoRuck is offering a Black Friday sale on their popular rucking packs, with the Basic Rucker pack discounted nearly 50%, down to $79 from $152. This high-quality, indestructible pack is perfect for rucking, or hiking with extra weight, and can also serve as a great daypack. The smaller volume of the Basic Rucker keeps the weight securely on your back, making it stable and less likely to shift as you move.
You can start with a 10-pound weight plate if you're new to rucking, 20 pounds for moderate fitness levels, and 30 pounds for regular exercisers looking for a new challenge. The company also sells USA-made GoRuck GR1 packs, which are nicer overall but less ideal for rucking compared to the Basic Rucker. These are best suited for day hikes and travel.
For those interested in a different rucking option, GoRuck has a sale on the Achilles Weighted Vest, priced at $139, down from $225. This vest adds an extra layer to bodyweight exercises, increasing the difficulty of movements like pull-ups, dips, and push-ups by 20 pounds. The Spy Ruck is a women's version of the weighted vest, popular with female users. With this sale, subscribers gain unlimited access to WIRED, receiving top-tier journalism and exclusive content.
