Kiernan Dewsbury-Hall responds to his England omission by scoring a stunning goal to inspire Everton's 3-1 comeback victory over Coventry City.
On Friday night at Hill Dickinson Stadium, Kiernan Dewsbury-Hall delivered a standout performance for Everton, helping the team overcome a disappointing start to their matchday preparations. The 28-year-old midfielder had been overlooked for England's Nations League squad, a setback that did not deter him from scoring a crucial goal in Everton's 3-1 victory over Coventry City.
This win propelled Everton to fifth place in the Premier League table. Dewsbury-Hall expressed mixed emotions about being left out of the England squad, acknowledging his frustration but emphasizing his determination to continue putting in good performances. He joined Everton from Chelsea in August 2025 and has since scored 11 goals in the Premier League, providing valuable experience and leadership to the team.
