Tom Brady Makes Strong Statement About Bears After Win Over Seahawks
Tom Brady sent a strong message about the Bears, including the "great responsibility" they face after their win over the Seahawks.
Former NFL star Tom Brady has high expectations for the Chicago Bears after their impressive 34-17 victory over the Seattle Seahawks. As an analyst with Fox Sports, Brady shared his NFL power rankings on the network's YouTube channel, revealing a potential surprise involving the top two teams. The Bills topped the list at No. 2, thanks to star quarterback Josh Allen's win against the Baltimore Ravens.
However, Brady noted that the Ravens' loss of Lamar Jackson made that matchup less exciting. The Bears jumped from No. 5 to No. 1 in Brady's rankings with this remarkable win. He praised the team's performance, particularly defensive end Jeffery Simmons, who had an immediate impact in his debut, finishing with six tackles and his first sack for the new team.
Brady's rankings also included the Detroit Lions at No. 6 and the Minnesota Vikings at No. 7. The Bears will face tough games ahead, including a Sunday Night Football showdown against the Buccaneers and a Dec. 19 matchup against the Bills, highlighting the importance of maintaining their current form to determine if they are contenders or pretenders this season.
