Nicki Minaj Reacts After Democrats Dominate in the 2026 Midterms: ‘Trump Is STILL Your PRESIDENT’
The rapper had urged followers to vote red, but Republicans lost control of Congress by a landslide.
Nicki Minaj reacted to the 2026 midterms, where Democrats dominated in congressional and state elections, by declaring "Trump is STILL your PRESIDENT." The rapper, who has campaigned for Donald Trump and his MAGA party, posted a video on X wearing pale blue contacts and a black blazer, expressing a list of personal reminders. She praised JD Vance's insights, blaming the United States' war with Iran for Republican losses.
Minaj also congratulated conservative Florida politicians Anna Paulina Luna and Byron Donalds, who secured their respective races for the House of Representatives and governor. Despite not being a U.S. citizen, Minaj has been deeply involved with the Republican Party since late 2025 and met Trump at his Trump Accounts summit in January.
