Arokodare gets two GOTM nominations

Super Eagles striker Tolu Arokodare has been nominated twice for Ajax’s Goal of The Month award for October 2026. His first nomination comes from the UEFA Conference League match against Atalanta, where he scored a goal in the final three minutes. His second nomination is for a header in Ajax’s 1-0 win over AZ Alkmaar in the Eredivisie. Arokodare, who joined Ajax on a season-long loan from Wolverhampton Wanderers in July, has scored four goals in six matches during the month.
