‘The entrance is reel, Customs work is real’: Singapore Customs chief channels Rajinikanth in viral ‘Jailer’-style entrance (VIDEO)

Singapore Customs has taken the internet by storm with a viral video showcasing a dramatic entrance reminiscent of a Tamil film. The video features the agency's director-general walking out to the theme song "Hukum Reloaded," a track from the popular Tamil movie franchise, Jailer. The director-general, flanked by officers, strikes a pose before the clip concludes with the caption: "The entrance is reel, Customs work is real."

The video has garnered nearly a million views since its release, and even caught the attention of Singaporean rapper Yung Raja. The trend of using Tamil film theme songs for dramatic agency entrances gained traction following the October release of Jailer 2, with other agencies, such as the Singapore Police Force and Singapore Civil Defence Force, also joining in on the fun.
