Giannis Antetokounmpo believes Luka Doncic is one of the NBA's greatest-ever scorers
Luka Doncic has been playing out of his mind lately, and his peers are giving him his flowers.
Giannis Antetokounmpo, the two-time MVP, has openly praised Luka Doncic as one of the greatest scorers in NBA history. The Dallas Maverick, who has played seven games so far in the 2026-27 NBA season, has been an absolute force, averaging 38.3 points per game with a high efficiency of 49.7% from the field and 42.7% from beyond the arc.
Doncic's impressive scoring ability is complemented by his contributions on the boards (8.0 rebounds per game) and floor spacing (8.1 assists per game), making him a complete player. Antetokounmpo noted that while Doncic is currently the best scorer he has seen, such a statement can be daunting for some, but it should be acknowledged for its merit.
