Trump Texts in to Fox News, Says He Wont Watch Until ‘Loser’ Is Off Air
Trump said he changed the channel over Jessica Tarlov, then texted Fox News to criticize the liberal commentator on air.
President Donald Trump continued his criticism of Fox News commentator Jessica Tarlov on Tuesday evening, texting into The Five after initially stating he had switched channels due to her presence. Host Greg Gutfeld revealed he had received a message from "somebody called the president" before reading out Trump's response on air.
Trump addressed Tarlov, telling her she was "the worst," disputing her comments and asserting his administration's achievements in gas prices, inflation, and Iran relations. The text arrived during Trump's watch of Fox News' pre-midterm election coverage, where he had previously lambasted Tarlov, calling her "DUMB AS A ROCK" and vowing to change the channel until she was off the air.
Trump remains on the White House grounds, monitoring the midterm election results. This is a breaking news update, with further details forthcoming.
