I Built an Unofficial Black Rock Coffee Menu Guide (70+ Drinks, Prices, and a Calorie Calculator)

I am Jake, a coffee lover from Portland, Oregon. In recent weeks, I have been working on an unofficial guide to the Black Rock Coffee Bar menu, and I am excited to share the results. The concept was straightforward: there were over 70 drinks at Black Rock, spanning fuel energy drinks, coffee and espresso, chilled beverages, matcha, tea, and food, but no single page compiled them all with prices.

Thus, I created Black Rock Coffee Menu, a free guide that includes every drink, typical US prices, and reasonable estimates where official figures are not available.

Several aspects contributed to the creation of this guide: using WordPress and Kadence, with over 20 pages, each dedicated to a specific category, complete with price tables. A calorie calculator was also included for the 30+ most popular drinks, along with a pop-up for each drink that displays the price, calories, and caffeine content.

The Fuel section, featuring 20 energy drink flavors with sizes and prices, presented the greatest challenge. Verifying the information for the full Fuel energy drinks menu took the most time.

To determine the best Black Rock drinks, I ranked them based on the flavors that customers actually order. It is essential to note that everything on the site is clearly marked as an unofficial guide. The prices provided are typical US ranges and not official, and the nutrition numbers are estimates. The website is still evolving, as I continue to add new seasonal drinks as they become available.
