Her friends and colleagues congratulated her on the news, with a few taking to social media to share their joy. Blessing Nwankwo, one of Okonkwo's associates, wrote on Instagram, "Okwa ifugo God's time ehh… It's d best. @rechaelokonkwo waited until NOW. Yes. I will say it louder n LOUDER. She waited n God DID it for her. NOW." Nwankwo continued to express her faith in God and her pride in Okonkwo, announcing that the actress' time had come.
