Ukraine Plans Civilian Return Center After Oleshky Mission
Ukraine will establish a Civilian Return Center within the ombudsman’s office to help families bring back relatives detained by Russia or remaining in occupied territory. Dmytro Lubinets said the Oleshky humanitarian mission exposed coordination gaps. The center will also develop expertise on organizing returns and provide social assistance, medical support and psychological rehabilitation.
