Turtle Beach Command Series MC7 review
How much is a touchscreen really worth to you?
The Turtle Beach Command Series MC7 is a gaming mouse with a large 2.25-inch touch display on the side. Despite its high DPI capabilities (up to 30,000) and fast polling rate (up to 8,000 Hz), the mouse isn't ideal for competitive gaming due to its weight and awkwardness. However, its touch screen can be beneficial for displaying battery life, DPI settings, health, and ammo information in games like Counter-Strike 2.
The device is powered by a 2.4 GHz receiver and supports hot-swappable batteries via USB, which is convenient for extended gaming sessions. While the sensor and Titan Optical switches perform well, the overall design and balance make the MC7 less suitable for rapid, competitive gameplay.
