The cassette player renaissance continues with this Bluetooth-toting high-tech Kickstarter model
The Coolgeek P1 Cassette Player offers a modern twist on the retro cassette player, and its Kickstarter campaign has just launched.
The cassette player revival continues with the launch of Coolgeek's Bluetooth-enabled P1 Cassette Player on Kickstarter. This modern twist on a retro format features a HD display, a USB-C charging port, and Bluetooth 5.3 connectivity for wireless headphone use. Priced at $179 (roughly £130, AU$260), early supporters receive a discounted price during the Super Early Bird phase.
The device is see-through, allowing users to watch their cassette spin. Despite its retro appearance, Coolgeek's P1 boasts an industrial design that sets it apart from other modern cassette players.
