Following a 27-6 victory over the Cleveland Browns on Sunday, Steelers running back Jaylen Warren dismissed pregame trash talk from his Cleveland counterpart, Jared Verse. Warren's performance on the field spoke volumes as he rushed for 143 yards on 17 carries, including a touchdown. He emphasized that football is decided on the field, not in the locker room or through verbal exchanges.
Warren stated, "Some walk, some talk," emphasizing that while some teams may talk, Pittsburgh didn't pay attention to Verse's trash talk. The Steelers dominated in the trenches, accumulating 200 rushing yards as a team, showcasing Warren's prowess as the engine of Pittsburgh's offense. This victory marked Pittsburgh's fourth consecutive win, improving their record to 6-2 and securing sole possession of first place in the AFC North heading into their Week 9 bye.
